Restrictions
Please note that there are some restrictions such that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to specific addresses (and let’s be real, there's nothing worse than a lost package). So please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one.
Shipping address limitations
For US Customers, shipments to the 48 contiguous states are eligible for free standard shipping on orders over $99. There will be a flat charge of $14.90 for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam and any APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
For Canada Customers, Super Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Return Shipping Fee
All return shipping costs will be covered by the customer, unless there is a quality issue.
How long do I have to make a return?
You have up to 30 days from the date you've received all your items.
Conditions
All items must be in good shape, unused, unworn, and contain all its parts with their original tags/package.
Free gifts (excluding free stickers) must be in good shape, unused, unworn, and returned at once.
Lingeries, water bottles, hair accessories, glasses, hats, jewelry, socks, and masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Our swimwear comes with a removable hygiene liner as a form of health and safety. For sanitary reasons, we will only accept a return if the hygiene liner is still attached.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Where is my refund?
Once we process your returned items in the warehouse, a refund will be initiated immediately.
Please allow an extra 3-5 days to process the returned items due to the high processing volume in the warehouse.
If you choose to refund to your original payment method, refunds will be sent within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. If you have not received your refund within 14 days of shipping out your returned product, please contact us at xxxxxxxxx@service.com ASAP.
If you choose to refund with Halara Gift card, refunds will be issued within 1-2 business days.
